Delivery

Marlene & Co owns and ships their goods directly using DPD and An Post.  We endeavour to dispatch all orders the next working day and to deliver to customer within 2-3 working days. 

Within Ireland, shipping is free for over €100. If the total is less, it is €10.00 for delivery and for smaller packages (jewellery and card wallets) the cost will be €6.00.

For mainland UK, the delivery cost for parcels with a courier is €15.00. For small packages (earrings and card wallets) it's €12.00 for registered post.

For mainland Europe, the delivery cost for parcels is €27.00. For small packages (earrings and card wallets) it's €12.00 for registered post.  

For USA, the delivery cost for parcels is €27.00. 

For rest of world deliveries, please get in touch in advance and we will get a quote for your delivery. 

For shipments outside of Ireland, you may be liable to pay local import taxes and custom duties so please check this in advance before ordering products as you will have to pay these again should you return the product. 

We are in the process of trying to offset our carbon footprint through planting native tress in Ireland.  Please watch this space and our socials for updates!

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchases from Marlene & Co but if for some reason you need to return, please email marlenelimerick@gmail.com

We are happy to refund any full priced items that is unworn (minus the original shipping fee) with tags intact within 14 days of purchase. As we are a small business, the customer is responsible for postage when returning a piece if it was bought online. The address to send them to is Marlene & Co c/o DUO, 4 Sarsfield Street, Limerick City. V94 DP71. 

For sales items, we do not offer a refund but we are happy to exchange the item within 14 days. The customer will be required to cover the postage for the exchange. 

We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage when returning so we advise opting for a courier or registered post. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
