The vest comes with a detachable belt for a more feminine silhouette and is made in a unique blend of small patchwork pieces with colourful Suzani embroidery from Sissel Edelbo's previous collections (By using the leftover fabric from their previous collections, they are ensuring zero waste is at play) The vest is lined with 100% organic cotton.
The embroidery is done by hand. Suzani embroidery is made by Indian artisans, using the tambour to create a unique, vivid, and beautiful Suzani embroidery pattern. The name “Suzani” comes from the Persian word "su-zan," meaning needle. When buying Suzani embroidered styles, you are supporting local artisans and responsible slow fashion.
